March 15th today still nothing.. I emailed them and they said their goal is to have the withdrawal within 3-5 business days from the day the withdrawal request started... Now we will have a weekend and Monday which is a Holiday ... I believe from the third and after ... how you see it

Have you tried to find out why this situation occurred ? Since you haven't received your money back, I would probably think about filing a complaint where our team would try to help you.

I emailed them and told them I'm asking for receipts and documentation as to why the withdrawal was cancelled, and they didn't reply. I have 10 thousand euros in me which I won and I want to withdraw it, it is my money. If you could help it would be good because these 500 euros were never returned to me
