I contacted the licensing authority after my complaint was closed as unresolved, since the casino refused to comply, they didn't respond to my complaint.
I got that email from the authorities on the 6th of September.
Maybe I wouldn't have contacted the authorities if they've responded to my complaint.
My case had been closed long ago, so I do not think there's anything that can be done from your side!
I just want to point out that it doesn't matter that any case was closed long time ago. The user can always reopen their case on CasinoGuru anytime.
