Ive won (no bonus no free spins) and requested a withdrawal. In advance all my documents were uploaded and approved. The withdrawal was requested august 20th. My payout hasn’t been processed.

allthough support is quick to respond, they answer in general and say I have to wait. Nothing happens, no explanation, no problems solved.

I also have asked to delete me from marketing mails and sms. They keep coming. I’ve asked several times.

I went to the site of the curacao gambling authority. Wrote my story at the contact form. No responds. Nothing.

so 40 days later no payout, no money.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

thanks for looking into this. Payment is still pending (support said an email will be sent when it’s processed) and I didn’t use any bonus offers or bonus money. And it’s the first time that I’ve requested a withdrawal. Really hope that you stepping in can speed up the process or be of help.
