Im waiting on my withdrawal for more than 40 days. Support answers quickly but always in general and cuts you off when you want more information. My win was too big to forget about. I urge other players to stay away from fireslots. As soon as my payout is processed and in my bankaccount, I will add it here. I’ve also added a complaint to the curacao gambling authority. Which does nothing. Since curacao is part of the Dutch kingdom; I’ve asked their Dutch counterpart to step in.
I made a withdrawal request for an amount of € 2,500 30 days ago and it still has not been done!
