The player's self exclusion failed as the casino did not block the player's account. The complaint was resolved as the player's account got blocked.
I have informed the casino that I am addicted to gambling and request an immediate ban! I was put off to a cool off time of 24 hours! I don't want a cool off because I'm addicted to gambling! The casino refuses to do the ban!

Could you please advise when did you send your first request to self exclude yourself and if you did mention gambling addiction in it? Is your account currently still open? Did you make any new deposits since your first request? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
