The player from Ireland has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

Need your help again with this casino, so I deposited via litecoin crypto. And it was all successful on my end, but it never got credited to my account. Customer support seem to be of no help. I provided the TX ID showing the funds going from my wallet to Fairspins wallet successfully. But customer support claim it has not reached their account. Crypto tracking does not lie I have attached proof of my deposit and the address it went to.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino?

When depositing via crypto I have provided the casino proof that it went from my wallet to their wallet. The TX ID is public information it confirms that the transaction to their wallet was successful and this can not be manipulated in any way. It says on my transaction history that it is in progress therefore they have in fact received my deposit they have just not released the funds to my account. As for the litecoin wallet address I can confirm that it is individually generated and no one else would be able to use this to deposit otherwise it would be my account credited and not theirs...this is why the TX ID is very important once that is looked up you can see all information regarding the transaction it's impossible to manipulate this. So they have in fact received my funds.
And I have deposited and withdrew many times from this casino over the past couple of months...I am winning more recently so maybe thats why there is a delay in processing my deposit. I am a VIP member and have an account manager but they all say the same thing "we are working on it" it's been 3 days now... crypto takes maybe an hour maximum. They will have no argument as i provided proof they received my payment
