I honestly dont understand the reasoning of delaying crypto withdrawals when u are already kyc verified. Its not genuine when they say they are working fot it. They do everything in order not to pay. I participated in a tournament and after a whole month of wagering, i got the second place with 400 USDT price.

The day "they decided" to give the prices, i had set my account to self-exlusion. 2-3 days later i reopened the account and when i asked about the price, they told me that as i was on self exlusion i will not take the money.

Also, every time you win big and need to do more withdraws because of the 1000euro limit, they keep delaying.

Fairspin is one of the most frustrating and shady platforms I’ve ever dealt with. Here’s what happened:

I deposited 0.11 LTC with no mention of KYC (Know Your Customer). All seemed fine until I tried to withdraw. Suddenly, I saw the minimum withdrawal was set at 0.33 LTC—three times what I deposited! So, I kept playing, managed to double my deposit, and thought I could finally cash out. Nope! Now they hit me with KYC requirements out of nowhere.

To test this, my buddy created an account. Turns out, they won’t even mention KYC until you hit the 0.33 LTC withdrawal threshold. Before that, you’re free to deposit and play, but once you’re ready to withdraw, they hit you with hoops: KYC, wagering requirements, manual verification—you name it.

Even after going through the hassle, they wanted more personal info, like phone calls and address verification. And all this drama just to withdraw $40! It feels like they’re trying to frustrate you into giving up and keeping your winnings. Plus, who knows what they’ll do with your personal info.. oh i know... Probably sell it to brokers or marketers.

This site is a total scam designed to grab your money and make it impossible to get it back. Don’t waste your time or money on Fairspin—it’s not worth the headache!

A really strange casino... First of all, before making a deposit, I asked if the bonus code xy was active, which was confirmed. When I deposited, the bonus didn't arrive and I was told to try again if I used all the new customer bonuses... So I had a 50% bonus with x60 instead of the requested 250% with x45. It's a shame, other casinos are more accommodating. I then canceled the bonus and paid out a small profit.

After the withdrawal request, I noticed in the terms and conditions that Germany and Switzerland are prohibited countries. Nevertheless, you can select these countries in the country selection, do the KYC with them, deposit with a Swiss IP, play, etc. All other casinos block the IP straight away or you cannot select the restricted countries when selecting the country. I had already prepared myself for the casino to confiscate my winnings and for me to have to open a case here, but the withdrawal went through.

They can't solve the verification problem. I uploaded documents several times, both in my profile and via a special link that support sent me by email. In the casino chat they say that the profile is verified, then they force you to go through everything again. Sent passport selfie confirmed address phone email. Be very careful when you want to play on this site. You are only welcome if you come to lose. My account didn't last even a month. And the first time I tried to withdraw twice in a few days the problems started right away. I've had several attempts rejected. They simply say that they have problems in the payment system, which of course is false. If you insist the withdrawals are processed ad eternum and are never completed.
