The player from Australia has been charged a withdrawal fee twice. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Withdraw was approved, fee of $50 was taken from fairgo casino, when funds were recieved another $50 was taken. Contacted fairgo via live chat, they said it was my banks intermediary bank but was adv my bank has none. They said it was coming in AUD but they sent it through one international bank then another Au bank then to my Au bank minus $50. Could not tell me the banks names who were involved, but I found out through other sources. I still did not receive my missing $50
