hi,if l knew online gaming was going to give me so many problems i would never ever engaged.

but anyway i cant reverse .

this is my complain about emojino a new fresh casino new chances i was thinking.

i signed up and made a deposit and went to evolution auto roulette made my first bet 1,20 € my bet got rejected i thought maybe a bug can happen in new casino .tried again to bet and i again bets rejected so opend live chat and asked them why my bets got rejected they opend a case and told me it would be investigated and it would take 48 hours and i also contacted casino support and explained what happend she told me she will contact the technical department and will get answer by email.no replay since so

after 2 days i wanted to find out if it was fixed and indeed i could bet no problems. i won 300€ and cashed out that was 150€ profit.

next day i deposited again and began to play .after 30 minutes winning and losing the autoroulette warmed up and began to give me good winnings i maneged to reach balance up to 1900€ .you know how it goes with gambling it is never enough so began to raise my bets above 100€ a bet since then every winning bet got rejected so contacted live support and they again told me to investigate and gave me case ID numbers and i would be contacted by the casino for the out come .after adressing this to the casino support and uploading screenshots they told me to get back soon with information.after 2 days i got email stating there were indeed rejected bets but there were no wins .because i was betting more than 100€ a bet and since i am not a vip the bets get rejected . accoording to them i should not play the auto roulette and play other games wich are for lower status. they also claim that i have a total of 14 rejected bets above 100€ playing online 11 years this is the first time i see this .

looked in the terms and on the site did not see any writing about how to get or to be a vip .

i find this kind of sneaky deceptive practices to find this out while you are playing.l miss 2100€ wins total of rejected bets .every time it happen i go to livesupport finding out my winning numbers coming out while at the chat .i also find out a popup coming out stating;(unfortunatly your account is suspended and max available bet is 100€ )adressing this to the casino they told me that the technical department would look at it .basicly the staff was not even aware of this vip issue.

due frustration i could not play further and after few big losses i cashed out 1300€ the whole session is messed up and i could be ending with a profit above 5000€ it was my RTP after huge losses at other casinos and they messed it up.i want what i won .as they claim i had total 14 rejected bets that makes 5 winning and 9 losing bets at least they can substract from the total amount and still have +_ 600€ to pay me.

i dont understand their cocept when is someone becoming a vip by deposits or by playing big? .if i cant bet more than 100€ how i am supposed to get a vip status.very weird and confusing.i never take bonusses i play always with own money and should never be limited in my play .this concept means if you play 99€ a bet you can lose your whole life no problem but as soon you bet101€ your wins get rejected.pathetic.

i want the casino to be reasonable and admit that it is their fault and refund what is belonging to me.if i lose the casino has fully right to take my money and if i take risck and win it is my fully right to get payed .this is again a new trick for casinos to limit players in their play and win .i feel i am robbed and scammed by these guys.

they even demand a selfi after sending all documents they demanded a selfi for security lol .only securaty is they rob you.

it is unbelive able as i am playing for hours and only losing my money in almost every casino nothing happens as soon you are able to recover or win something they put everything at work to prevent you doing that .lagging screens black screens rejecting bets or not adding wins to balance .and the most amazing part they get away with it and they protect themselfs by putting it down in the terms.remember complaining at MGA about this they tell you sir you agreed with the terms while signing up.

Could you please indicate whether all those rejected bets were returned to your balance, or were they deducted without crediting winnings? Do I understand correctly that you experienced this issue only while playing this specific game?

About the rejected bets yes the initial bet get returned to the balance without winnings.

this has nothing to do with game itself the game was fine it is not like other common issues like connection issue or similar it is about the casino has a sort of vip program wich dont allow new players to bet more than 100 euo a bet that is why i have many losing rejected bets as well ,that is what they claim ,i cant look into the game logs.i never heard of such a program i know this exist in many casinos were players take a bonus .i never take a bonus and i always deposit own money so there is no need to limit my bets. telling me not to play the autoroulette that it is a vip members game ??? really ?? with minimum stake 0,10 cents !!they could have notified me or at least put it on the site.then it should be up to me to play or not right?and not confronting me after i deposit and play . if i was aware of this of course i would not raise my bet above 100 euro .even in the chat they were not aware of this issue it would be adressed to the technical department. i will send you the emails .i have attached one screenshot were you see a popup coming out in the backround after each rejected bet , i did not understand what it was about even the chat members didnot.casino should take esponsibility and admit that it was their fault and refund the winning bets minus the losing bets .they messed up my session i could be at 5000 euro profit for sure .

Although we really appreciate your effort to report each problem you’ve come across to create a safer space for you and other players, I am afraid that we can't help you with this type of issue. We already explained to you in your previous cases regarding the same issue:

-it is close to impossible to prove that this is the casino’s mistake, and since you’ve submitted so many complaints regarding the same issue, chances are the problem is not with these casinos,

-in case something doesn’t work properly, you should immediately stop playing, let the casino know about the issue, and wait for them to inform you, that the issue was fixed so you can safely continue (trying the next day and depositing more just to find out if it still doesn’t work is not the best approach),

-as long as the casino didn’t deduct those rejected bets from your balance, the casino proceeded correctly, not to mention, each casino protects itself in such situation with the T&Cs:

„You understand and acknowledge that, if there is a malfunction in a Game or its interoperability, any bets made during such malfunctioning shall be void. Funds obtained from a malfunctioning Game shall be considered void, as well as any subsequent game rounds with said funds, regardless of what Games are played using such funds."

-you cannot prove that those bets were really placed and they resulted in a win, as the bet and its result has to be confirmed by the game provider (not estimated by players), and if the game provider didn’t record winnings, unfortunately, there weren’t any.

As in all your other complaints, there is a chance that the problem might be on the side of the game provider, and as we mentioned multiple times, we don’t deal with such issues. We can only recommend you contacting the licensing authority to proceed with further investigation.

After reviewing all the available information we, unfortunately, cannot punish the casino, therefore we decided to reject this complaint. I apologize we couldn’t be more of a help.
