i play here at authentic gaming live roulette and i noticed that there is a issue with the racetrack when betting .it coversthe wrong numbers [neigbours}

one nigt after big losses i noticed that the winning numbers are next to my bet numbers while thinking i covered that number with the race track.the casino has investigated the matter along with authentic gaming and they admitted that there is an error in the race track .after asking the casino to refund my bets they told me that a refund is not possible because i can see the bets  that i make and the chance of winning is the same in the game wich is nonsence.it is a big amount that i missed due this errror 1200 at least . they dont even refund my bets at least as compensation.i inserted images froom the play history of my game.the issue with the race track is if you bet one number with 6 neighbours for example 23 then number 8,30,11,36,13,2710,5,24,16,33,1, should be covered but due the error number 20 will be covered instead of numb27 and if number 27 comes out you lose your bet .the rounds are here very fast you have no time to check the bets or ad a number.this error is only happenning when betting in the tiers and orphelans section and some times in the zero game

Thank you for contacting Casino Guru. I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. I looked at the emails you sent. The casino admitted that there was a glitch in the game and the game provider had confirmed it. You mentioned in the email that you want the casino to refund your missed bets due to the glitch and don’t claim the winnings. I think this is fair and the casino should refund you. What was the difference between the winnings and lost bets?

thanks peter for opening the complain.

i have counted my basic bets wich is a total of 880 euros i asked them to refund this only but they rejected it again..i think totaly it would be around minimum of 1200 euros.the screenshots contain double pictures after deleting them the amount is 880 euros only bets.

here an example how casinos treat players like garbage after taking their money  .as player you have no rights  casinos must have the final words ..even if you as player are fully right.claiming that they care about responsible gaming is fully bs they only follow the license rules.they let me deposit in 3 hours 2900 euros and the next day they send me an email stating that i have deposited huge amounts.

We would like to ask the No Account Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may affect its rating.

ques what i played in other casino the same tables and the glith still is there nothing changed while they claimed that it wo

uld be fixed . in one round i missed 720 € due this glitch and this casino mentioned at Guru site is willing to refund.that is fair enough.i find this very disturbing .the casinos know the glitch is there but still offer the game to play .this is very unresponsive towards players.if this glitch would harm the casinos financialy they would fix it immidiatly.

i have opened a dispute at IBAS  to force this casino to refund my bets and to fix the glitch in all casinos who offer this tables.

The casino rep informed me that they decided not to reply to this complaint. All I can do in this moment is to close the complaint as unresolved which may affect the casino's rating. I recommend you to submit a complaint here: https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/
Please let me know if you need help with filling the form and how the gaming authority replied.

anyway thank you for everything.i think i need to open another complain about another casino.as you see i am losing a lot of money due this glitches and errors.it must stop.

Let me know when you have news. Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
