No Account Casino - Player has a technical problem with casino games.

the casino accepts players from the netherlands .today i played for hours and lost 750 euros .i must admit i won in the late beginning after losing 360 >after depositing 120 euros i maneged to make it 850 after that every thing went down it was impossible to recover repeating bet 45 euro every round no win and as always  one round my bet get avoided and the 33 came out wich would give me a payout off 263 euros .i have a send an email no answer i emailed them screenshots of my bet history .no one at home .i remember when registering i could chat with them twice but as soon you open a account the chat is disappeared .i dont like these tricks .at least they can answer or thank me for sending an email.now 7 hours ahead still no reaction.i must say the site looks clean but the lack of investing in a chat makes the picture bad.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in this casino. Could you please be more specific? On which games did you notice the problem? (game provider) What exactly happened?

i was playing Authentic gaming roulette live table.and i can say this provider is full off errors i dont understand why  casinos offer this tables or the authoroties grant them a license .if it was in favour of the player i guess  they would fix it yesterday instead of tomorow.as i wrote in the complain i had multiple rounds no win at all  it can happen.i knew the 33 would come up so i repeated my bet and put more money on it and suddenly my bet got avoided and my bets returned  .now missing 263 win that could help me recoverymy losses.looking in bet history i could not find a proof of this  unfortunatly.

i think i have sent it to the casino without copying it.i cant find the screenshot.

as player i have experienced many glitches in the games threw my play history in many casinos i find it very suspious it occurs only when the game turns to my favour .i can tell you that i am missing couple of thousands missing winnings .the only casino that refunded my bet without even a solide proof was unibet after threating to close my accounts.my internet is super fast i clean always my cookis and delete the cashe prior to play and this things still happens .i have my concerns about the fairnes of the games .this is my right and openion.i had an issue at authentic gaming were i have seen two spins in one round wich could give me a win of 1050€.the casino told me that it was lag.i know how lag looks like .this was fraud.
