I caught them cheating on mines multiple time and I made it clear 20+ times and they said nothing was wrong with it until I provided a video now mines had been disabled for 6 months and they won’t compensate me for scamming me it’s more then $10000 easy. Every time it happened I go in my transactions and the nonce for that round is completely missing doesn’t even exist

Dear Rigged91,

Based on the video you forwarded, when the error occurred , no money was deducted from you casino balance therefor the bet was invalid and it can't be validated as a winnings or losing bet.

Please keep in mind that if a bet is not listed in the history and no balance was used for a bet, there is nothing to compensate.

Is there anything else we can assist you? If not, the complaint will be closed.

If you look at the video the first thing that pops up says game in progress which means my bet was already placed
