I have been waiting almost three weeks for my withdrawal. When I contact them, they say they are waiting on the audit to be completed. I think this site is a scam. Be very careful before you spend your hard-earned money here.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please advise if you’ve withdrawn any winnings from this casino in the past and which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

First of all, I am not located in Germany. I am in the United States. And yes, I have completed all of my paperwork and have been told by the staff at Ducky Luck that it was all approved. Thank you!

I forgot to mention that this is my first withdrawal from this casino. I opted for a MoneyGram withdrawal. Yes, my withdrawal has been processed. I have been told that they are waiting for a third party to conduct the audit. Thanks again!

Upon checking the account there were some verification documents missing, which we received recently and the account is now verified, the payment has been approved. Once the account is in good standing and the payment is approved, the processing time starts, which started today and the withdrawal will be sent to you within 3 days.

Hello, They have released $500 today and I hope the rest will be released tomorrow. I chose Moneygram as my payment method and I guess they have a $500 daily limit. I would normally take a courier check but was gun-shy after all the trouble I've had. Thank you for your help!!! I credit you with getting my withdrawals completed.

I am still waiting on $400. They told us last week that the withdrawals would be processed in 3 days. Well, $500 of it was, but now they are saying they have to verify my account again in order to release the other $400. I loved the games at this casino, but I will never play again. I don't know why they can't payout on time.
