Case summary

The player from Brazil had made a withdrawal after verification that was approved, but it had been sent to the wrong address, not reaching his wallet. Despite having submitted proof to support, the problem remained unresolved. The player had suspected the casino or payment processor of sending the funds to a different wallet. After reviewing the evidence and discussing with the casino, the Complaints Team had found no suspicious activity. The casino had argued that the withdrawal was initiated by the player to the entered wallet address. The Complaints Team had concluded that the player's account had been accessed normally and the crypto wallet had been manually entered by the player. Given the lack of jurisdiction over crypto transactions, the complaint was rejected. The player had been advised to strengthen his account security to prevent similar incidents in the future.

hi there

12 days ago after verification i made a withdraw, it was approved, thing is it never reached my wallet. The address that was sent to was different than the one i inserted. After showing proofs to support, they finally gave me the transaction hash that confirmed this. I just want my money back, clearly the mistake was on their end. https://etherscan.io/tx/0x332e06f692c3b84992a5a8d15d013c0ee965e8787e11533512dfc3965f49577f that was not my address. A brand new account received my funds, then cashed out to an exchanger, nice coincidence don't you think? Please help me sorting this out

Best regards

Dear arthurabner,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Dream.bet Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

  • Have you initiated your withdrawal request from the same device as the screenshot confirming your preset values for wallet addresses?
  • Has the casino acknowledged any errors when processing your payment?
  • Have you made any successful withdrawals from the casino in the past?
  • Could you please share your communication with the casino? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hello arthurabner,

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed this case and I will contact the casino to shed more light on this matter. Can you still please post all your wallets here to check the transactions on them? I will set the post as private.

We would like to invite Dream.Bet Casino to join the conversation.

Dear Dream.Bet Casino,

Could you kindly furnish more details on why the funds were transferred to another wallet that purportedly does not belong to the player? Alternatively, did you observe any suspicious activity with the player's login on April 4, 2024?

Dear Michal,

Please take into consideration that upon submitting a withdrawal request, every player must select and enter his payment account details. When we were invited to this complaint, our security team have reviewed his login activity and no compromise or suspicious records were found.

Thus, there is no uncertainty that the withdrawal request was initially submitted by the player, and the payment channel/account also selected by him.

With all of the above, the withdrawal was successfully processed to the payment account entered by the player, and we believe that all this is a strategy with which he aims to gain even more than what was already won and paid to him.

We believe this information is sufficient enough.

Best regards,

Dream.Bet Casino Team

Lie. I sent screenshots showing the history of the wallets introduced. none were the ones where the funds went. I can send it again for you to check. The mistake was on your part. I never received my funds. look at the transaction on the blockchain again. Blockchain doesn't lie.

Dear arthurabner,

Following a thorough discussion with the casino team and a comprehensive review of all evidence, including login times, dates, IP addresses, and devices used, no suspicious activity has been identified.

Given that your account was accessed normally using your correct credentials, with no failed login attempts, the casino system has no grounds to doubt the withdrawal at that time. It is presumed that only you should have access to your account, and since the crypto wallet was manually entered, it naturally follows that the withdrawal to that wallet was initiated by you.

As it is the player's responsibility to safeguard their credentials from any third party, regrettably, there is basically nothing that can be done from either our side or the casino's side. The funds have already been sent to the wallet entered by the user who logged into your account with your credentials. My only suggestion is for you to change your password to a secure one and, if possible, activate two-factor authentication (2FA) to mitigate such situations in the future.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the information and evidence, I must inform you that this case falls beyond our jurisdiction, as we have no authority over crypto transactions. Please inform me if there's anything else I can help you with. However, I will need to officially close this complaint as rejected.

It clearly wasn't my mistake. As you saw in the screenshot, there were only 2 wallets in the withdrawal history. And none matched the one the funds were sent to. You could clearly see that, this was someone from the dream.bet team or someone from the payments team who made a mistake or stole, and took my funds. Anyway. Over $1841 scammed, sports betting sites are quite thieves indeed. They only tarnish the industry.

Dear arthurabner,

Although I understand your dissatisfaction with the whole situation, I must refer to my previous response.

"Given that your account was accessed normally using your correct credentials, with no failed login attempts, the casino system has no grounds to doubt the withdrawal at that time. It is presumed that only you should have access to your account, and since the crypto wallet was manually entered, it naturally follows that the withdrawal to that wallet was initiated by you."

Given that we lack jurisdiction over crypto transactions, my recommendation is for you to strengthen your account security by changing your password to a more secure one and, if feasible, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Regrettably, under these circumstances, I am unable to offer further assistance, and thus, this complaint will be rejected.

Sorry, we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino, and we will try our best to help.

Best regards,

Michal
