I was paid out by crazy luck casino 3 years ag. Was waiting for withdrawals from the casinos I play on, so o went back to crazy luck.


I hot for 2 k on keno and haven’t been paid since I hit on 1/4/24.


Now I can’t get on the site. Received email finally a week ago like they were gonna pay me under new management.


tired of waiting and not sure I believe them.

Do I understand correctly that the last time you were paid out by Crazy Luck Casino was three years ago?

Also, were you asked to provide any additional verification documents when you requested your latest withdrawal?

Could you please advise what the status of your current withdrawal request is? Is it pending or has it been approved and processed?

Yes I played there 3 years ago and was paid out, so I didn’t check them out to see how far they had fallen.


The did ask me to re verify which I have done twice now.


my withdrawal is made up of 2 $1000 withdrawals in which are being processed.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for Crazy Luck Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Crazy Luck Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
