Please do not think you will ever win or be able to claim a payout. When you give money to Crazy Luck Casino consider it a donation or expensive entertainment to a company worth over 1 million dollars. I did not realize they were located out of the country until I won $500 almost 4 weeks ago. They take USD payment but only pay BTC. (Payout being a joke). I supplied all documents. I did everything correctly on my end. I actually won over 3k but was told I could only cash out 500 and then the rest would be lost. I have emailed every single day. Manager Finance and Support and have received no communication back. I have tried for 2 weeks 3-4 times a day to reach someone on the representative icon. No one will answer me until after (finance) who ever that is has gone home. I am assured by every different name (prob sane person) that my payout has been moved up in the que and will be expedited. Either I don’t understand being expedited or someone is just quoting words off a screen. I even asked for a credit of the 500. They gave me free spins for my TROUBLE. That is a great deal to start with $165 for $25 with a 30x WR which is 5k. I reached the wagering requirement and the max to withdraw for that deposit is around $250.
