I had played there off and on for years. This time, the weekend of March 10, 2024, I deposited 50 bucks three times. On the third deposit, I hit for 350 and put in for withdrawal. It didn’t come. I have been paid out quickly before, so I aske where it was and they said I had a second account under the same email address, which is not possible. They gave me the last $50 deposit bac and on cash back I had $200 and they took 150 away. I was in bonus when I noticed. I hit for 150 in bonus and they only let me withdraw 50. They basically took 600 buck from me.

I will be filing a complaint and won’t be playing at extreme anymore.

I played at lucky creek a couple years ago and liked their slots. I deposited on 8/21 and was shocked that the slot games had changed. You could no longer stop the reels at all. They took all the skill out of it. After trying a few games and realizing I was completely disadvantaged and at their mercy, I asked to cash out my remaining $70 and of course they said no. I then played some lame keno and donated the rest of my cash.

This casino is afraid that you will win and have rigged the games so that you won’t. The customer service was rude and not surprisingly would not give me cash back on my no bonus deposit, telling me to continue using my own funds when I asked lol.
