Game lock up and no one wants to talk to you about it. Get support and they will end the chat or just never come back. I put a lot of money in this game and never withdrew any money. Trying to close the account is a nightmare too. Got to approved by everyone but president! Not worth it.

Lucky Creek is one of I believe 4 casinos owned by the same venture. They are predatory and manipulative. I received an email from them EVERY DAY saying I had promotional content and to log in to collect. Each time i logged in they said I had already claimed. I asked them to please stop sending me new emails claiming I have promotions if they aren't real. Then I received physical mail that said "Merry Christmas. Log in to accept our special gift to you". When I logged in they said "you have already claimed this". When I talked to them they said "these are just reminders". The offers are not worded as reminders and they go out every day. I had never redeemed from them, and they treat me like I am stealing from them. Predatory and dishonest marketing techniques forced me to cancel all of my accounts. Save yourself from this nonsense.

USA Player for 10+ years here, play much less here now, for several reasons.

I'll start with winnings withdrawal process, bad and gotten worse in 2023:

-They hold withdrawals for 48 hrs+ (in case you want to reverse it and blow it, of course.) If you do reverse all or partial, the whole 48 hour clock restarts. Then slots go cold.

-Any mentions of how many days something takes to process means business days, you know, like real casinos that are closed on wknds, lol..

-Required to provide a selfie with ID then one with card you used to deposit..... EVERY WITHDRAWAL. Good luck getting the ID/Card details to not be blurry/difficult to read the #s and rejected numerous times. Save time and book an appt at a portrait studio to get the pics you'll need...lol

-US withdrawals now only in BTC (Great! But only if more than half your deposits have been made with BTC, lol) only other option is bank wire transfer ($20 charge, plus my bank charges me $15)

-only pays out on Mondays & Thursdays, with no clue when you'll get it. Just plan on just under 2 weeks to receive it.

-Bonus spins. Bet line will be 25c max.. You have to play thru 40x (!) what you won with the spins THEN, you get $25 in your account. Then your max cashout is $100 off that. You'll be amazed how 'lucky' you get when they know you can only withdraw $100.

-Did they let you play 2 bonuses back to back? tsk, tsk, that's on you. After you withdraw winnings is when you find out you broke their rule and void your withdrawal and any remaining balance in your account.

-Deposit bonus- Again, 40x play thru. Hit the $25k jackpot? Congrats, you only get $1k max.

-'Trusted RNG used' Yeah right, there's obvious patterns you'll notice, it's anything but random. The gov't of Curacao, where they're licensed, is not the best regulator when it comes to enforcing fair wagering.

-Here's my favorite, their T&C states they are 'not allowed to accept any deposits or withdrawals from residents of several countries, INCLUDING THE USA...sounds like a legal out to fall back on for HUGE win payouts to me.
Funny that there's many themes/games targeted at US players though. They're 'America's #1 online casino' Guess they mean South and North America (except USA)

Well I decided to give this Casino 1 more shot because it seems every single one of the online casinos are not playing fair and just cheating their customers outta money this one included.
Like I had said I thought I'd give it another shot cause maybe the last couple times, maybe I was just unlucky. So I did this time actually win a large amount of money ( but only after I had already deposited multiple times before hand. ) so I noticed I had some free spins available to me so I accepted the free spins then went to the bonus section within the profile/ settings menu, I wanted to make sure there was no stipulations attached to the free spins like for example any play through requirements ect ect ....
The bonus screen did not show any requirements attached to the free spins and I could find no other details regarding any kind of restrictions on any winnings for the free spins, so I accepted and went and played them. Also usually after any free spins are played there will be a small box that will appear saying how much you've won with the free spins and what play through amount you need before any withdraw is allowed. That screen never appeared on my screen. I thought is was strange so again I went back to the settings / profile screen and brought up the bonus screen the shows if you have bonuses and how much play through is needed. Again it showed nothing. So I decided to keep playing with the I think it's was some where around 20- 40 dollars I won off the free spins so I figured just to be on the safe side I will do a guesstimate on a play through and even played over my guesstimate play through on up to a grand im pretty sure. I then played even longer to see if maybe I could get more than a grand. I only ended up going in reverse. I ended up getting down to 600 bucks and decided that was probably good enough to stop and withdraw the 600.
So I again checked the bonus screen again just to triple check that there were not going to be any surprises when I cash out. I again found no info discussing any details about any of the free spins or anything mentioning any kind of play through requirements or Maxum withdraw amount. So I thought right on ! I'm gonna cash this 600 out to my bitcoin wallet !
I had no problems with the withdraw procedure as I've KYC'd in the past so that part was not necessary. I then a couple min later received a congratulations email about my winnings and that I would be receiving them as soon as they had finished approving it. So it took about 4 days before I had received my winnings into my crypto wallet and when I opened the wallet well SOB I knew it was too good to be true. Those ass hats kept 500 bucks of my 600 ! They paid me 100 bucks. I had a feeling they were gonna figure out a way to take it from me. Nowhere on the site mentioned anything regarding any stipulations on the free spins. Then just make absolutely sure I even did close to a 2500 dollar play through just to show hey I'm a good customer that trying to do all the right things so I can keep my winnings even though it was not mentioning any play through requirements I went ahead and did one . So one would think he this is a good customer. So I basically gave them all that extra money for nothing. So I expected I had done my requirements and found nothing discussing any requirements on the free spins. So I then contacted customer service through the online chat and the pompous agent had the audacity to say to me " well the deposit limits on free spins are in the user policies section". My response was " well no shhhh( you know the word) then told him funny how that information was nowhere on their site and could not find it anywhere or even any kind of instructions pointing me in any such direction to verify that information and that I felt they did that on purpose and that I would not be returning to the casino ever again.
This is really getting out of hand with these casinos. Nobody is regulating them so they just continue to screw their customers. Well I'm done with every one of these crooked casinos ! Every single one of them are effin trash ! And I sincerely hope all the owners burn in hell !! I hope they feel good about the fact that they just robbed a disabled veteran. I hope that sits well on their conscience when they try and sleep at night. I'm sure it won't but it sure would be nice if it did though !

I played at lucky creek a couple years ago and liked their slots. I deposited on 8/21 and was shocked that the slot games had changed. You could no longer stop the reels at all. They took all the skill out of it. After trying a few games and realizing I was completely disadvantaged and at their mercy, I asked to cash out my remaining $70 and of course they said no. I then played some lame keno and donated the rest of my cash.

This casino is afraid that you will win and have rigged the games so that you won’t. The customer service was rude and not surprisingly would not give me cash back on my no bonus deposit, telling me to continue using my own funds when I asked lol.

Don’t play here I promise you won’t win.

Have to take what they give you, cannot stop the reels.

They've recently changed withdrawal options. Unless more than half your deposits were BTC you can't withdraw BTC. only other US option is a $20 fee bank transfer now. What a joke.

Withdraw options. Unless you deposit with BTC, you have to pay for a $20 bank transfer.

I've been playing on lucky creek for at least 3 years now and yeah they have their ups and downs. I haven't hit a jackpot or large amount in the pass year 1/2 but i have won big and was paid out in a timely manner. I have noticed this year the support team is responses are handled better but i also notice that the games are now glitching more when the reel is about to or lands on a good hit, i've reported this more than once but nothing was done about it. Could be why im not really hitting big pots like before but could just be the luck of spins but as of jan of last year havent hit anything above 100.00 without a bonus attached but we will see.

Another one that I think is very good is Lucky Creek.
Just like Bella Vegas they have always been great with Chat ,and the chat reps have always been courteous with me.
After making a 2nd small deposit after joining their site,and after I played the "play through" amount of the bonus I won 1200.00. I requested payout to my personal bank through wire ,and it showed in my account In 8 business days.

This place is a joke! Way too many online casinos to play with these clowns. When I was ready to withdrawal I was locked out of my account and accused of "password sharing " and having 2 accounts because my mothers password is the same as mine because I'm responsible for remembering hers as she can't. After being a loyal long time Lucky Creek customer...
For the first time i played a loyalty bonus...Chatted with Operater Keith about the max payout...usually $100...He said if i met the wager - $12,000 - the payout was negotiable. I met the wager - but suddenly according to Keith (snd Elodie) negotiation was not possible. I trusted Keith - reached the wager - only to be told oops so sorry! He was wrong. So - the customer service reps are not aware of the rules? I trusted him - but what i got was Management said no - no negotiating. And Keith so very sorry ... really!
i have removed myself from Lucky Creek - was a loyal customer. wasted time trying to reach the wager ... i certainly did not expect the $2500 I "won".

Do not use this site. They are trying to steal your information. I won $220 on here and tried to have it withdrawn and sent to my bank account and not only did they make the process difficult to do but then they took my bank account information and had me upload a picture of my id and gave me a receipt for my deposit. Now I'm locked out of my online account and when I try to call support they just hang up on me. Multiple of their support emails aren't actual emails either , if you try to email them it comes back as not valid recipients. Do not waste your time or give your info they are frauds

They pay out granted it takes almost a week to get paid out but they do payout I play their all the time I deposited four dollars and $4.34 in Bitcoin

I played this casino a lot, with smaller amounts and I tried to get a bonus each time…why not? I didn’t win for a while, but when I did win $1.000, they all of a sudden started cutting me off of bonuses. Now I say, if you take the bonuses and play and never cash out, what’s their beef? If they offer these endless bonuses, why try to limit them? I only cashed out once, but they really ran me off. Same at their affiliates, too. I got a quick payout via Bitcoin because I had sent them everything under the sun to verify. Which cracks me up really.

I won 1,000 dollars on Saturday evening 1/15/22 using crypto for withdrawal and got it Monday morning 2/17/22. I have played a lot and different places and that is beyond fast payout. Customer service was respectful and addressed all my concerns. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think the wagering requirements were a bit high but I played through and got my payout. This is a great honest place and if you gave a negative comment you didn't follow rules. One thing that they all have in common is that they are dead serious about their rules and as long as you follow no problems

All was well when I received a no deposit bonus and then proceeded to win a large sum of money (Compared to the Bonus). I then deposited over $20, so that I may be able to withdraw my winnings. When it came time to withdraw, there was problem after problem (not with me or my information), but with LC and their requirements. They had me verify my identity, then wait over a week.....Then send in my bank verification info, then wait another week.......... then I had to send my bank wire transfer info (which could have been requested with my bank verification info, but wasn't)............of course then I had to wait yet ANOTHER week!!!!..........Then I was told that the only bank accounts at my bank that they will wire the money to, is a Platinum checking account, which upon my checking with my bank, requires that you maintain a $50,000.00 MINIMUM account balance! This was ONLY told to me, after waiting almost a whole month for my winnings, and to this day, I still have not been able to get my deposit. I imagine I never will, as that is how they avoid paying out their winning balances, Very misleading and outright dishonest. They are scam artist through and through.
