The player from United States has requested a withdrawal almost three weeks ago. It hasn’t been received yet. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I did withdraw request January 6. On January 10 I was asked for additional verification information which i provided same day. I was told 7-10 business days from day I initiated withdraw. I reached out several times last week and keep getting told same thing. To check back or they get back to me.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

As of today it doesn't show pending anymore . But I asked when I could receive funds and told another 7-10 business days. By that point it will have taken well over a month. It took from Jan 6 to Jan 25 to "get approved" and now they saying taking another 10 plus business days to send money I opted to have it sent Bitcoin. I provided all the info they asked for by Jan 10th. They asked for one thing that day and i gave it same day.
I fully understand your frustration, gduffy324. However, I will set the timer for additional 4 days allowing the withdrawal to reach your account and if there’s no development by Monday, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and wait for the good news. Thank you in advance for your patience.
