  • even though I’ve deposited over 200euro on this site they won’t pay because I had only deposited 113 euros at the time of my win!


I am not happy about having my withdrawal voided and 10 x last deposit only being paid.


I requested a deposited for approx 1178 euros. At this point I had deposited 113e on your site. I then deposited more money (89 euros)  and played on your site with my previous withdrawal still pending as I didn’t want to cancel this at the risk of losing it all. 


I sent you all my documents and I received a telephone call from Classy Slots congratulating me and stating my withdrawal had been approved. 


Two hours after that call I then received an email with NO explanation as to why, stating you had voided my winnings and are only paying me 10 x my last deposit at 330 euros.


I spoke to your agents on live chat that were rude to me. I have looked on the internet regarding this site and I can see classy slots is "blacklisted" due to you not handling complaints correctly and also voiding a lot of players winnings because of your over the top terms and conditions.


Your Terms and Conditions state that it is at the sole discretion of Classy Slots to determine whether I’ve deposited more to accumulate over 200 euro deposits. This is NOT the case.


Your Terms and Conditions don’t clearly state the last deposit amount clearly either.

My last deposit was 39euro. You have said 33 euro. You have made a NEW term up stating this was before my winning. 


I’m very worried for myself and a lot more players, I urge you to pay me my winnings in full as that would be the right and kind thing to do.


I would also urge you to edit your Terms and Conditions to make them fair for all.

I will give you an example how your terms are not fair.

*Player A : deposits 100euros and wins 1500 euros. She withdraws 1500 euros as she would be 1400 euro in profit and would it would be a nice win for her. Player A’s deposit is voided because player A has not deposited 200euro yet. 


Your terms should CLEARLY state that players must deposit 200euro BEFORE winning any money and withdrawing it.


I am really angry, and I feel you have treated me unfairly. I’m not even confident I will receive the ridiculous 330 euro that you state will be paid to me. I don’t understand why this is taking a further 5 days to be paid.

"If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount."


I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider this rule to be unfair and predatory when it’s applied to a real money game. Please, could you confirm, that you have accumulated winnings without any active bonus and clarify how much was your last deposit prior to accumulating these winnings? "Hi,

You sent me a message online to get in touch regarding my complaint about classy slots and their terms.

I can confirm I received £0 bonus money. I can confirm that my last deposit before winning 1100 euro on the slot game was 33 euro.

I have messaged the casino and haven’t heard back.

I have queried their terms with them and I have been told two different things,

1) I hadn’t deposited 200euro before winning 1100 on the slot!

2) they have a Maximum win.

The money won was through a slot game where I won free spins (bonus round) and that paid 1100 euro.

Hello Roxanne.

I have checked your email, and all seems OK. Based on our fair gambling codex and common sense sure you deserve your winnings. This is the reason we decided to create this website to rate the casinos and separate the bad ones from the good ones and reveal the hidden and dirty tricks of some casinos. It very unfortunate that you chose a casino, which has a rating of 0/10 on our website. The whole group is well known for using predatory terms not to pay the legitimate winnings to the players. I am very sorry to say, but we already tried to discuss with them to change these manners, but they won't do it. All that we can do here is to publish your complaint, like many others but as you can see they are on the bottom of the pit - they can't get a worse rating as they already have.

Please be advised that the player’s max withdrawal of 330 EUR was paid on the 30th of April 2020.

The player’s source of the winnings is:


Deposit - 1385419 - 33.00 EUR


Under term 13.6 If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount.

The player total deposit at the time of the withdrawal was 133 EUR.

And let me explain why:


While rule as this:

could be applicable in bonus money game (but in my personal opinion much more comfortable is to set maximum withdrawal for each bonus as 10x deposit) 


This rule should never apply for real money play. It significantly changes the RTP and put new players who don't deposit €200+ at first deposit into very unfair position.


For example, if I deposit only €20 and bet them to a single number on roulette, my winnings should be 35x20=700, but instead, I can get only 10x20 = 200. Much worse is this rule in some slots where the winnings could be 500 -2000 x bet. This rule affects the RTP, which is unacceptable


Usually, I would recommend contacting gambling authority but with Curacao (and that's the probably the only reason why they can have such a rule) - it is easier to fight with windmills (referring Don Quixote) 


I am afraid that until somebody from the platform start thinking why their casinos are so poorly rated and decide to change their terms, we can't do much to get your winnings. Of course, we publish your complaint and give the Classy Slots Casino more black points but as I wrote before the rating is already on zero.

I wish I had seen their review of 0 ratings before I played on their site.

Its terrible that if someone deposits €20 and is fortunate to win a jackpot of let’s say €1000 they can only actually be paid €200 and that’s is wrong!


This casino should pay me what is owed and change their very unfair terms and conditions.
