Yes, I contacted support! They told me that suspicious activity was noticed on my account! That's why they confiscate my entire balance! What is suspicious activity, no one explained to me! I hope you can help me solve my problem! Maybe at least a casino representative will tell you what he means by the term suspicious activity. My account has been verified. Under the VPN, I never logged into my account! Yesterday morning on February 10, they sent me a message that everything is fine with my account! And in the evening they confiscated all the money!

the casino representative contacted us and explained the winnings were confiscated and deposits were returned.

We were told the issue was related to your sports-betting activity on their website. Can you please confirm that your winnings were obtained by playing sports betting?
