Case summary

The player from the United Kingdom believed the casino was exploiting his gambling disorder by continuing to accept his large deposits despite being aware of his mental health and gambling problems. He accused the casino of running a money laundering operation and not providing requested data, including slot results. The player had also communicated suicidal thoughts. We asked for more evidence and clarification, including screenshots of his conversation with the casino and exact dates of his account closure request. However, due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries, we were unable to further investigate the matter and had to reject the complaint.

Dear clm48859,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to make sure I understand your situation completely.

Could you please specify when exactly you informed the casino of your gambling problem? Have you requested to be self-excluded? Have you made any deposits after you told the casino you were addicted to gambling?

Regarding your statement about the manipulated slots, I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance

If you have more information that would help our case, please forward it to me. Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika
