I tried to make a withdrawal of €2000, my overall balance was €3600. The site cancelled my withdrawal and I tried for 3 days to speak to someone on chat and never received a response. When someone finally answered my email they said I had played games that weren't allowed to be played for wagering purposes. I felt that there should have been some sort of block to prevent this from happening. They said I had the option of over 1500 games. When I calculated the games they said you couldn't play plus the ones restricted for the UK, it amounted to over 1300. I just want my withdrawals reinstated as they have wiped my balance

Even though I must say that the list of forbidden games for the bonus play is rather long, if you are aware of placing bets on restricted games while wagering your bonus, sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing bets on restricted games, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

I understand what you are saying but the bonus was automatically added, I had to keep contacting them to cancel the bonus unfortunately I didn't in this case. I feel that the money won from the 2 games I apparently played should have been deducted not my entire balance, this was quite substantial. I feel the site only have this so they can continue to remove large winnings from customers going by reviews I have read now on them
