Could you please advise if there's been any movements on the second account created, deposits or bonus claims? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the casino is not responsible at all for what happen and even if there would not be a second account created, it is entirely up to the casino whether they give bonuses to players or not,

My son has tried starting a account but is not allowed so won't tell me so can I knowingly had a duplicate the verification was completed of course so would I then deposit duplicating

As I mentioned above, it is up to the casino whether they give you any bonuses or not. If they restricted the bonuses for you, you must play without them or chose a different casino.

Sorry for chiming in so late. From our perspective the situation is quite straight forward. A duplicate account was created. Duplicate accounts are ineligible for bonuses, for obvious reasons. And I sincerely hope that his son was at least 18 years of age. Should we have any future suspicions of underage users from this household, we will disable all connected accounts.

Yes my son is underage hence, I not knowing of the account and him keeping it secret. How is it my fault I punished him he swore he never made a deposit so I don't understand why it could not be resolved.

I'm really sorry but the casino is not responsible for parenting. As you did breach the casino terms, the complaint will be now closed.
