The player from Morocco had experienced an account closure by Casinozer and confiscation of his deposited money and winnings while he was playing roulette. He had been a player since 2021 and his account was blocked in January 2023. The player had deposited €3000 to get 3000 free spins as part of a no-wager promotion by Casinozer. The casino had claimed that the player had used an 'opposite bets' strategy to benefit from the bonuses and had discovered a network of seven linked accounts abusing promotions. After reviewing the evidence that the casino had provided, we had concluded that the player had breached the casino's terms and conditions, thus justifying the account closure and confiscation of funds.

Hello Drizzydrake365 & Michal. 


I'm coming back to you regarding the situation on the Drizzydrake365 player account. 


Our financial department initially closed this account on 01 October 2023 following an "opposite bets" strategy used on the account in order to take benefits of our bonuses. The player account was making large deposits in order to receive promotions. 


The deposits were then played on the sport with an "opposite bet stategy" and the player requested the withdrawal of these deposits as well as the winnings linked to the bonus. 


Secondly, on 08 December 2023, a network of 7 accounts linked to the Drizzydrake365 player account were discovered on our site abusing our promotions and using strategies to withdraw winnings. All of them were closed & informed accordingly.


The account has been closed for these reasons and cannot be reopened on our site in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for your time & investigation in this matter. 


We have provided all the necessary evidence to prove that multiples Terms & Conditions were not respected on several linked accounts, and one of them being drizzydrake.


We have no interest in closing a player account that complies with all our T&Cs. The account has been closed for these reasons and cannot be reopened on our site in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

I don't have any relationship with others I have one account maybe they others accounts connected at same network cause the WiFi is shared at cyber cafe all players can connect from cyber cafe

Secondly give me a terms and conditions at your site tell if multiple accounts connected at the same network blocked and take their own money you are only bookmarks that you blocked and take own money all sites they return the money deposit then block accounts.

I was provided with evidence supporting the casino's decision. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions and bonus terms and conditions - multiple accounts linked with IPs, financial transactions between the involved accounts that were later used for deposits, and claiming bonuses. The deposits were then played on the sport with an "opposite bet strategy". Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way, and the casino has acted according to its terms and conditions and bonus terms and conditions as was communicated to you previously.

I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
