Once again, one of the casinos where I absolutely cannot understand the previous reviews & agree with CasinoGuru's high rating, which I don't always do ;-)

Like all Altacore casinos, there is unfortunately this not very prominently communicated 10x bonus winning limit. Therefore, I don't use the regular bonuses there. BUT, alongside its sister casino Betify, Casinozer is the only Altacore that offers wager-free non-sticky bonuses via Telegram EVERY Friday. Every euro gives you a spin with 0.20 cents. As mentioned, the winnings and deposit only have to be wagered once. Since you play with real money, all slots and live casino are available, AND even a VPN is allowed! I've made about 15 deposits with relatively little winnings. Withdrawals come within 24 hours, or usually on Monday if requested on the weekend.

Automatic KYC via provider without waiting time -> Great!
Yesterday was my highlight. I deposited €50 and, with a 20-cent stake, I won 15,000x. The slot then crashed with "maximum win" and €3,000. Having done the account verification, and after being told that the withdrawals were made in 24 to 48 hours, after some small victories, a few tens of euros, I submitted the withdrawal and it was never processed, even after 48 hours, and with the my verified account. Talking to support only generates automatic responses, and my withdrawal request was always with the possibility of cancellation and never processed. It was frustrating to wait days and not be able to withdraw the amount. Sometimes I canceled it, I played and curious, whenever I did it was a raze in terms of spins, whatever supplier it was, which quickly disappeared. I think there are better options on the market than this one, and I think players should steer clear of this option.

Despite the restriction "lock" for Germany 🇩🇪 I was able to register there and also pass the KYC and deposit! When I saw in the Terms and Conditions that Germany is blocked, it was clear to me that this casino is fraud and only withdraws customers !!

It works like all casinos with a Curaçao license, just nothing and not a good RTP return. The bonuses only pay 5x 10x 15x.

I really recommend everyone staying away from Curaçao licensed casinos. Sol Bitstarz Fairspin Superseven etc all run the same. I'm also surprised that Bonanza from Big Time Gaming can't be played for 80 cents. Curacao casinos run very differently and the slots are much worse than Malta licensed casinos.

Deposited there and my deposit was entered as bonus money even though I didn't want a bonus. I then contacted customer service to have it canceled. I was then informed rudely that I had to play this bonus kindly or that my entire balance would simply be cancelled. In principle, I burned the money, although that would have made even more sense, since a little warmth would do well with the current heating costs.

I wanted to pay out €350 with €20 but the payout was not confirmed so I played canceled, then I wanted to pay out €250 again not confirmed again canceled now I am still not confirmed when €150 was paid out. Wanted to close my account until the payout is confirmed in the live chat written 5 minutes back and forth then I should send an email why not write that right away and try to lure me further for 5 minutes. Still don't understand the hate so far, I can imagine it's true some had bad experience but for now I still feel like Casinozer is one of the best casino out there.

Their website really stand out and it's so good to have something different for once. I haven't yet used their coin system for the VIP but seems like a good idea, let's see on the long run.

About the complains on the support, I guess I was lucky to get a native, but I can imagine for some languages it's possible to have issues.

Casino looks ok but after that all is ruined on this casino. Support dont understand english, they use translate and look like support talk france origin. Absolutelly impossible get any help.
