Dear Casinoguru Team

I requested a withdrawal of 40000₹ on 04/10/2023 and my withdrawal Casinodays marked my withdrawal "Completed" without sending the amount.After waiting for 4 Days amount not credited to my bank account while I am regular and old player on their site and never faced any withdrawal delay issue but this time they have Scammed me of 40000₹ they have not sent my amount and when I asked the proof of my withdrawal Completion then they neglected me to give the proof that's why I am unable to investigate with my bank.I need your help so that I could get my withdrawal and Casinodays could learn a lesson.There was no Bonus/Promotion applied and I played and won with my real deposited money of 20000₹.Their Customer support talking very rudely and without proper reply they closing chat again & again which is too much frustrating.This Casino is worst and can do fraud with old player too.Kindly help me in getting my fund.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

I have already waited for 5 Days and never faced any delay in withdrawal previously but this time without sending the fund they have marked "Completed" that's why they're closing the chat when I am asking the proof of my withdrawal Completion.The proof will help me in investigating the withdrawal with my Bank but They are denying to give any proof.Also the customer support is too much rude they're simply ignoring the issue and closing the chat without Player's permission.My account is fully verified also.

I request you to kindly help me in getting a proof of my withdrawal from Casinodays so that I could investigate with my bank where my fund got stucked.

I fully understand your frustration, life829. However, I will set the timer for additional 8 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and wait for the good news regarding your withdrawal. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Dear Petronela 🙏

You can see how Casinodays making me fool from 04 October till now and the last date provided by Casinodays is also over today and Still I haven't received the funds in my Bank Account.Whenever I am asking the proof of my payment then they're simply ignore and closing the chat as you can see the attached screenshot how they behave with me.I am very old player and deposit regularly but they Scammed with me for 40000₹.They are not giving me proof where UTR/Transaction ID mentioned so that Status of payment could be easily tracked through Bank.They're only making excuses to wait tommorrow, Tommorrow, Tommorrow.Also I have sent them Bank statement from 03 October till now.Also I haven't expected this with Casinoguru that you're not taking any action even after too late and wasting my time.

Kindly help me so that no one could be trapped in this Fraud Site.

Casinodays has reflected my withdrawal of 40000₹ back to my Casinodays Account yesterday and I requested for withdrawal again and Today I got the fund in my Bank Account.Thanks a lot for your support.Kindly close this complaint as I have received my withdrawal from Casinodays today.
