I initiated a withdrawal 4 business days and had no payment nor updates. I have used chat but ge told the same thing that this is being looked at. Website said would be processed within 3 business days and still no progress. Extremely frustrating. Other platforms process and pay nearly immediately

Hello.

Account is not verified and at this stage when I try to verify my account it says I do not need to verify. I have also emailed them direct with all my verification details and they told me I need to wait for their financial to advise me that I need to upload documents.

i did receive a bonus at the time however I had met requirements and wagered this down.

i made contact via chat 2 times yesterday with Casinia only to be told the same thing and I need to wait.

i have also checked my casinia account this morning and can see the funds are no longer "under review" but they have sent the funds back to my playing account balance. So frustrating

As it has not yet been 14 days since your payout request, I can only recommend waiting for now. If your request was canceled, it’s likely that the casino requires verification, or there may have been an issue with the payment provider. Please try to request the payout again or use a different method if the casino has not yet asked for verification.
