The player from Canada has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. We’ve rejected this complaint as unjustified.
The casino sent me an email saying that it offered me 40 free spin no deposit.
I ask for the free spin the next day and they refuse. There was no date limite on the email.
That's not the end of the world but that says a lot about this casino honesty and behavior.

Have you received a promotional offer from the casino directly, or from a third party website? What was the exact reason why a promotional offer couldn’t have been applied to your account?

I did received this kind of offer in the past. It was an offer from the casino directly and they told me they could not do it because of an administration decision. It is all details in the 2 screenshot I sent you.
