Hi ...In my experience on a welcome bonuses , the casino is responsible for giving this after they deposited. This is the first time that I encounter such a casino that dont automatically give you the bonus or the match up money...I am talking about Casinia Casino...The first deposit is ok but the second one and the third one doesnt...worth $200 each ...I was thinking it is like the other casino that it was delayed and after you use the Real money it will appear but its not...So after the third deposited loss also...I dont know about that money game called COIN WIN (hold and spin)...It is my favorite of all but the version of Casinia is like hold and loose everything...I spend $400 until I loose and not a singke win ...I deposited again thats the second deposit $200 same as the third deposit $200 ....never even triggered the one you are holding...imagine that.....and everytime you go for a bonus stage ...It pauses then for 2min or so then it will give you nothing but coin change...It will make sure you loss .....The sad part of all is they did not give me the bonus match up of my 2nd and 3rd...I called them they said I should have call them first before I used the Real Money...Correct me if Im wrong cause Im just an amateur casino online guy but I experience almost all of the casino online....You Casinia is the only one that never gives the bonus automatically...There is one same as you though but he gave me the bonus even I used the real money already...That is more humane...that is a 5star to me ....and I won because of that a big one also and withdraw it no problem.......Imagine if you are in my situation...I loss $600 for a single game that you never win....for the no bonus that can support your play...Maybe a little consideration of that ...but no...you cheated people who trust your casino and a big liar also for the promotions you are selling...Shame on you stealing money from people...

Moreover, it's important to note that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system. A bonus is essentially a gift from the casino, and it's up to the casino to determine if you qualify for it and what rules apply.

If you're unable to activate some type of bonus, there is likely a specific reason for it. However, we do not investigate these reasons further and we cannot compel casinos to provide specific bonuses to you.
