Now i have deposited twice and withdrawn once the withdraw was from a time consuming free spins bonus with 25x wager on only "Mascot" Slots which seems to be the case for most of the bonuses outside of their Sticky First deposit bonus they make it super hard to know whether the bonus is sticky or not and i've resulted to asking support multiple times now whether bonuses are sticky or not.

The marketing banner heavily promoted "enjoy no wagering for maximum flexibility", "Play more freely, clear the bonus fast, and turn your winnings into real cash sooner", with "Wagering Requirement: Just 1x (deposit + bonus)".
I completed the 1x wagering on allowed slots. First withdrawal attempt was declined due to a KYC incompletion.
After that was tackled I had a balance of 143 €. I made a second attempt to withdraw the issue became the "remaining sticky bonus balance" of €94.32. The casino deducted the full bonus amount, leaving me with only €46.
This means that the welcome bonus they are offering as a no wagering bonus is:
1. Not at all funds that one is able to withdraw. The bonus amount will forever be kept in the casino balance no matter if you win or loose.
2. A classic misleading marketing trick to lure new customers.
Support handling was inconsistent and concerning:
Zoe promised: "we will now remove the sticky bonus from your account. Once that is completed, you’ll be able to submit a new withdrawal request without any issues." This did not happen promptly. And after this email the Balance went back to 140€. At this point I was under the impression that the bonus was already removed.

I've made eleven deposits over the course of a couple of weeks and played several game providers. The RTP is painful.
