I took this mega bonus with a huge wagering blazespins was offering.

It had a timer set on the bonus which even increased after you activated the bonus.

In my case when activatiing the bonus it said 1day and 17hours when i started playing it.

The wagering was so big that i had to continue the next day.

The timer said that i had 1 day more to complete the wagering so i knew i would manage to wager it in time for the next day.

When i woke up the next day all my money was gone and the bonus canceled.

So i contacted support and asked what was going on?

They answered that the time had finished for the bonus and it got canceled but i told him that the timer said that i still had at least 1 more day to continue,

Hes first answer was that the timer did not matter, which i found very strange.

So i asked him what function does the timer have if not for the lenght of the bonus?

Then i activated another bonus and the timer increased in time so i told him why does the timer increase for if it has no function?

Then he answered it is extended wagering time.

So i told him exactly and in my case it said i hade more than 1 day left so what happened to my extended wagering time?

he just told me your bonus expired.

They still have this issue or "scam" i dont know what it is but it is very missleading to say at least.

Then if it is on purpose or not that i will let you judge or decide.

I can show you both printscreens and a full chat transcript between us so you get the full picture of this case.

Hi Veronica,

Thank you for taking this case,

I believe the bonus was called 500% mega boost i dont remeber exactly the name of it but it was a bous they offer pretty often.

I have sent both screenshots and the chat transcript to the given email above.

I have not broken any term of the bonus the issue is just the timer they claim that was extended wagering time but still it got canceled before the time ran out.

  • Was your bonus cancelled after 16th December passed?

Yes but there is a timer there as well which is for extended wagering time according to their own live support if you have red the chat trascript.

That timer increesed in time once activated and it was1day and 17hours when i activated it so i had time left over to complete the wagering for the next day.
