Hi, Taking yet again another step to try and resolve issue.


I withdrew 645 USDT from Casiny on 24/12/2025. I verified my account and on the 27th a support operator told me my withdrawal was processed and I would see it in a couple of hours. Since then I've been fed the same copy and pasted message saying "its processing with relevant department our hands are tied". I've sent constant emails and met with the same thing. They don't seem to have a direct line to their own payments team so I haven't got any response in 2 weeks from the payments team. I know others using the site and they have received smaller withdrawals within an hour. Seems that anything of bigger size or crypto does not come when stated, well at least not to me. They advertise 9 hours processing and 1 hour to send. I've received about 6 emails advertising how fast they withdraw as well during this, oh the irony.


I would like some assistance in getting my money, as i see someone else who complained here waited months to get it.
