I had a complaint about this casino in April because my account was wrongly blocked. After my account was unlocked with your help (I am very grateful for that) and I received my winnings from back then, I have now won money again at this casino. On 02.07. I then have a payout of 5000.00 euros and on 03.07. a further payment of 3035.00 euros requested. After the maximum processing time of three days specified by the casino, I wrote to the casino when I would receive my money. Unfortunately, I have not received any precise information on this. Every day I checked whether I could get into my account, which was possible until today. Today I can no longer access my account. Unfortunately the support doesn't answer me anymore. I have attached the two confirmations of my withdrawal requests and the last email to the casino. I would appreciate and be deeply grateful if you could help me again with this problem.

Jeden Tag habe ich geprüft, ob ich in mein Account reinkomme, was bis heute auch ging. Heute komme ich nun nicht mehr in meinen Account. Dazu antwortet mir der Support leider nicht mehr. Ich habe Ihnen die beiden Bestätigungen meine Auszahlungsanfragen und die letzte Mail an das Casino angehangen. Ich würde mich freuen und wäre Ihnen zutiefst dankbar, wenn Sie mir bei diesem Problem wieder helfen könnten.

I fully verified the account in April. I paid in 1-2 times in addition to the deposit via Klarna (instant transfer) with my credit card. I have never used a bonus. I now have access to my account again. I received the latest feedback from the casino today.
