So the first issue I had with a Bitcoin deposit that they claimed to be instant that was never credited to my account and has just been a complete joke trying to deal with there so-called support team. Every time somebody gets back to me it's like I'm back to stage one where I have to re explain everything and they just retell me to show my proof which it's not that hard I have screenshots showing there site giving me that wallet address and then I have my confirmation that that wallet address received the Bitcoin and yes it is the exact wallet address they provided for both transactions in question and I've been told that they would be looking into it in this and that and they just never simply do the right thing and look that yes that is the wallet address they gave it was confirmed that the address received the deposit both times two separate occasions the exact same I am 100% sure that they are just scam and am seeking legal advice on the best way to go about a lawsuit for all the stress and hardship dealing with this joke of me Casino has caused me

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino? Do I understand correctly that the deposit has been placed on the 15th of June?

Yes it was the 15th the latest transaction i had stolen from me. What I think you misunderstood maybe I wasn't clear on was that it was a Bitcoin deposit so I have contacted my financial institution to see if we could reverse the transaction but once it is confirmed on the blockchain that this certain wallet address received it there's no way to reverse it and yes I have photographic evidence showing the Black lotus Casino website obviously on my account providing the wallet address for my Bitcoin deposit in both cases and also photos of the confirmation in the blockchain that that exact address received the deposit again the same for both transactions. I don't believe that this is an error or anything glitchy going on I believe it is just a scam of a "casino". My reasoning for believing that to be true is in dealing with my troubles and trying to get them to not only acknowledge the issue going on but I can't even get someone to have a continual conversation about the issue every time I am contacted it is like starting over from step One like they don't have any idea of the stuff I've already sent them they just want me to repeat from the beginning and it's just beyond frustrating. If there was no issues with Bitcoin or crypto deposits then why wouldn't they have anything posted saying that before players attempt to deposit??? They have automated messages as soon as you go to start a chat with one of their team members that say they're aware of the glitches going on with Bitcoin deposit s??? Hmmm? Maybe I'm wrong but to me it seems like I'm being scammed and I might as well kiss the money goodbye but if I can help any other players by sharing what I've gone through so that this doesn't happen to somebody else then at least some good has came from it.
