Hi, as we got email and talk with user we can see that he has no more any transfer. So far with user we have good relationship and respect the client. Muchbetter has some request that user if deposit with muchbetter can withdraw muchbetter, some clients deposit with paysafe card and try our muchbetter or astropay withdraw what its not ok for that payment providers. Users do that as there are some fees on transfer from providers side. In that case we give them 10% back on every deposit so they can be pleased because of the fees
