they won't pay me my money. I made a deposit of about $1,500. won a few bets. But they refuse to pay. hope for your help. They try to trick me with multi accounting. I didn't play bonus or something that i need to do multiple accounts.

I am sorry that you have trouble in this casino. May I ask, this complaint is related to casino product or Sports betting? Because I can see that you submitted a complaint to website solving sports-related complaints and our website is focus only on casino products. We can try to help you, of course, but it would be more complicated.

I am not sure if we can help you better than SBR and OSGA. If you truly complained to them, then I think it would be better if they try to solve your problem, as I mentioned it before, we are focusing on online casinos.

I've exchanged a couple of emails with a casino representative, and they provided me proofs of multi-accounts.


We carefully examined the proofs and decided them as sufficient to not to pay you the winnings.


Because in the matter of frauds our options are limited - we recommend you to contact the SBR and OSGA, they can better investigate the matter in case that you still believe that this is some kind of mistake.


From what the casino showed us, we decided to reject your complaint.
