Im living in Cambodia im a huge fan of the dota 2 team betboom since I watched a lot of their games then I found out their betting site I go through with it. I am a risk taker bettor in which I focus on smaller odds to make a good percentage of win till I just lost recently then I decided to withdraw than to lose everything. Now, I decided to but the support is not helping any situation about this matter I just messaged the support but they replied me with this

I withdraw last November 11, 2023 but its already 18 days from the withdrawal. This is not fair for the people if im correct? They can’t justify or help any concerns from this matter. All we want is to have our winnings and why they holding back this long? I had been into many casinos/online casinos here in Cambodia and they paid me a week not by 18 days where all the say is "Wait wait wait". We also need our money since I will pay my loan to deposit here in betboom. Now, im struggling to pay the interest since its almost 3 weeks waiting for this withdrawal.

Hi casino guru, thank you for helping me out my problem you. I would suggest that you should let the Betboom Casino know that they have abiding rules when withdrawing the money within their terms and conditions. They should know that customers or bettors should have fair and justice for them to have more bettors. I'm not talking to myself but for the other people.
