The player from Canada had their winnings cancelled as the deposit hasn’t been allegedly received by the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made my 2 deposited total of 6000 threw global transfer and they allow me to play after won more than 97k they said we did not received you deposit and we can not pay you any winnings.I have all proofs and can provide you guys .please help me

yes I made 2 different deposits and they didn’t receive any of them but all payments gone from my bank account and completed
