Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Have you deposited any funds previously into your account or this was your very first deposit? Have you saved, by any chance, your game history before your account got blocked?

I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://betandyou.com/information/rules/:


"The BETANDYOU Security Service is entitled to:

refuse any withdrawal should the deposit or withdrawal amounts be inconsistent with bets placed (the Customer must place bets with stakes which add up to the sum of all deposits and the bets must have odds of at least 1.1; placing a high volume of bets that have a minimal impact on your balance shall not be taken into account, i.e. bets placed on opposite outcomes in games such as Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Dice). Permitted withdrawal amounts shall be calculated based on the amount of the bets placed from any given deposit."


Could you please advise if you have wagered your deposited funds at least once as required by the rules?

Having investigated the situation, we have received information from the payment system about suspicious deposits on your player account. On suspicion of fraudulent transactions, your account is blocked until the expiration of the claim period (180 days) between the betting company and the payment system. After that, you will be given access with the possibility of withdrawal of deposited funds.

We are waiting for the trial on the side of the payment system, when the terms of the trial and possible claims to us from the side of the payment system will come out, which is 180 days, your account will be unblocked. We also don't recommend you to create third account on our website as it is you who violates our rules: 1) multi-accounting is forbidden and also 2) in case of claim from the side of payment system we must take measures and temporarily block movement till the end of examination of your account, but no more than for 180 days.

Since I have already explained in brief that there's no any charge applied If Deposited or withdrawn through Astropay Card."Rule is Rule" and should be applied for all players.I have collected information from my many friends they told me there's no any charge for Deposit or withdrawal in Astropay but Betandyou has deducted 10% charge i.e. 5000 only from me.I cannot bear a loss of 5000.I have also attached proofs.Kindly reforward my complaint and ask the reason why they Deducted 10% charge without any proper explanation.If there's is charge applied in withdrawal then why they applied charge only from me? Why not from other Players?

You have helped me a lot till now,I hope you will also help me in recovering my 10% also.Since you have now known that Finally Betandyou has unblocked my account because I was Real player and there was no any suspicious Deposit in my account.Then there's no any chance to deduct 10% because I am a Real Player.I hope you will fight till I receive my all the invested money.Without any reason no betting site has authority to deduct any type of charges.And If charge applied then should be not applied only for a Single player but for all.

1. The manner of your game is identical

2. Same IP address.

3. The connection on the device from which the bets were made .


We filed a request to the payment system, which confirmed the suspicious activity. Please do not duplicate threads on different forums. After all, you have repeatedly received an answer. Your funds were successfully withdrawn, please make sure you read the Betandyou rules.

You also known well that CasinoGuru and I both are not satisfied with you answer because you're changing your answers at every step.This means that you're still in try to not giving my 10%.Since you have given my 46000 withdrawal because I am a Real player.So being a real player I cannot bear a loss of 5000 .Don't try to make us fool as I know well there's no any charge applied for withdrawal or Deposit using Astropay.So please don't breach your T&C for 10% deduction.If you can give my withdrawal of 46000 then I request you to please give me my 10% withdrawal also.Because You and I and also CasinoGuru know well that when I aksed the reason of 10% Deduction then you replied that "This is payment provider service fee" but after prooving that there's no charge applied for withdrawal in Astropay you are now trying different way to forfeit my 10% .I request you respectfully please don't make execuses for 5000 as you have given my 46000 only.

If I would not fight for my money then you not given my withdrawal of 46000 but you have.So I will fight for my 5000 also because I am a Real player and If I can get 46000 the I can get my 5000 also.And remember this 'There's no charge applied' don't reply again that 'This is Payment service fee'.Also after giving 46000 withdrawal don't make any execuses now for 5000.

You also know that for getting my fund of 51000 I have fought a lot and sent all the proofs after that Betandyou has given my 46000 Rs.Still they have deducted 10% i.e. 5000 Rs.And now everyone know that there's no charge applied for withdrawal in Astropay.Betandyou is claiming that in certain circumstances we deduct charges from Player's account.So I request to Betandyou kindly give me proofs of my circumstances by which you have deducted this too much charge.Also don't try to make us fool by explaining anything for deduction of charge.I hope you will soon give my deducted amount too.

Our communication with the casino team has reached its end. Unfortunately, the casino team could not provide us with the evidence proving that the fee was justified. Therefore, we are forced to close this case as unresolved with a small amount of blackpoints (since you received the winnings, only lost the fee).
