My account has both KYC verified, I contacted the support and they asked me for

1. BCGame Username

2. Registered Email Address

3. One Deposit Transaction (TXID)

4. Commonly used IP Address

5. Commonly used device

I sent all these infos, and right now am waiting for their answers

Got an email from them telling me I would be able to withdraw my money, and then when I tried to take my money, the withdrawal was rejected again because of "audit failure". Hope I am not being scammed.
