I am unable to withdraw from my account after following all 2FA, KYC etc and being verified on every part of my account. The live chat staff said I needed to do the KYC verification to withdraw.
i did both the basic and advanced KYC and both have been accepted/passed but I am
still unable to withdraw. Live chat are being vague and not giving any info.
