The player from the United States reported a disagreement with the casino over expected returns from tournament placements. According to the player, she should have received a large amount from a multitude of deposits but the casino claimed otherwise. The player alleged that the casino had changed its rules and had not paid her the winnings she believed she was entitled to. However, despite multiple attempts by the Complaints team to clarify the situation and request additional information, the player had not provided sufficient evidence to support her claim. As a result, we were unable to resolve the issue and the complaint was rejected.

This casino as I am aware, has some issues. But for the most part. I like playing here for the percentage back when placing in the tournaments. I have been with this casino for a couple of years now with multiple accounts. Because they allowed that which is great. I am supposed to have gotten a very large personage amount back from a lot of deposits. And they are trying to convince me that that is not the amount I'm supposed to get but the total amount I have positive although it clearly states what my winnings have been. On every tournament when i've ever had. They are not giving me my light coin winning of 53LTC . I have asked several times and now they'd claiming that doesn't mean my winning at all now but the total deposits effect that is also inaccurate.

This is a newer account that I've had less than a couple of months and I'm pretty sure I did not. And I would have noticed if I had. All of my other accounts that I've had with this casino. They have always paid what they put up there as the tournament win. But for some reason now they've added Different claims and have made up some new allegation as if they put how much ive deposited and not how much I won. If you give me an email address. I am more than happy to send the link for email conversation As well as screenshots of other times on different accounts. I have one and show the comparison. I would have noticed eth in my account. It does not make sense to me at all actually

Again, I've been with them for almost 2 years and every single time. Other than maybe two months i've been in the top ten . I've played more and more. And I have gotten back less every month. As a result of it and this time, this amount was not there until right before this last tournament was over. Probably midmonth. And as soon as I asked, they made complete different changes of the rules acting as if that was the total amount. Deposited like I don't have all my transactions and tax information. It looks like they didn't give it to me last month. And I guess that's the reason. They didn't say anything until this month. When I mentioned such a large amount. Because that's the largest i've never gotten back and should have. I deposited a few thousand just one week of December. They stopped responding though. file

Also, just while I'm on the subject. These Are the only 2 deposits that I have made on this account with this specific crypto. So where exactly is the ten percent? If it is both the bees, that means not only do they not pay me the light coin. But they didn't pay me any of my cash back long as last month at all. So all of that is due. file

Do you have any record that the 53 LTC refers to your winnings? Does it not represent your total amount wagered during the tournament?

Cashback being 5%, how much cashback have you ultimately received from the casino resulting from your November deposit?

That is not true because if you look at the only place where they show your winnings it's all the exact amount that they post as the tournament winnings and that's the issue here. Those are not my total deposits that is the percentage that I was due back and not only that this is the newest account and the one that I put all my deposits on instead of random ones so I put more there and this Tournament winning that they claim you already do your playthrough because you don't have to do it for the tournament winnings is right here in our faces being ignored. I'm sorry I'm late responding I've told you guys a couple of times when I have this issue I'm a care taker of a younger sibling with health issues. But, I wanted to get a couple of screenshots because I was locked out of my email account that is my main email account for this account and most of my accounts but I can't because I have that cool down. On a couple of them and I can no longer see but for a fact that percentage you guys are calling out that is not my total deposits it is the percentage of deposits that I'm supposed to get back and I am more than happy to go through because I'm about to file taxes and I can show you that proof of that

By no means do I expect you just to assume anything based on The View that a customer's always right because that's not always the case but likelihood of this casino even responding to any of you who deal with those of us who complain is few and far between which kind of speaks volumes but I get it I do but you're overlooking the reality of the facts here anytime at the end of the month you win something back they put that amount there so where's my money
