Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about your problem, but I’m afraid, I will need more information. Please could you elaborate? What reason to confiscate your winnings you’ve been given? Was it any of the justifications listed below?

General terms and conditions:

"Betting Rules

The casino expects you to follow the rules of each game while playing at the casino.

"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

- Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play.
