According to terms and conditions regarding payments, 9winz TAT is minimum instant or maximum upto 48 hours.


My withdrawal time had done from last 53 hours, Still they have not made my payment of Rs 19000 and are giving excuses that their experts are still working. Another payment of Rs 15000 is also left with same issue.


From last 2 months, they are not giving suitable reply to their customers and giving multiple excuses regarding deposits and withdrawals.


Everytime they tell same that their experts are solving issue on higher priority and nil result has been shown.


I have compliant regarding my deposit of Rs 4000 and 5000 which hasn't got credited in my casino account. Again no solution from their side

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
