The player's account got closed as he did not pass the verification. We were provided with sufficient evidence supporting the casino's claims, and therefore, we decided to close the complaint as unjustified. There are reasonable grounds to believe we are talking about using someone else's identity to register in 7Signs and/or its sister casino - 5Gringos Casino. Apart from different personal data used upon registration with the same casino account ID and email, there was another suspicious connection between the persons whose IDs were used for the registration of the accounts that will not be disclosed for reasonable reasons. The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions, and we accept its decision.
