..ok here we go I Singhn up I deposit and get a bonus start playing I'm winning went up to 200mbtc my play thru is about 360mbtc check out the game 27% left to finish the play thru so went back on the game now I kept losing and loosing so I bet higher and higher without knowing I exceed on max betting with bonus but non of those bet win....so I lost most of it only got 10mbtc left out of 200. Now I have 10mbtc I check the bonus said no more so now it's up to me if I want to withdraw my money I break even to what I deposit or keep playing I said well is there already win or lose...I message the support I said what the hell because the play thru is done the machine stop winning too..then I exit on chat find me a game with the 10mbtc I played for couple minutes up and down till good thing happen I hit 5bonus symbol that give me 210mbtc so after the spin I exit went to withdraw that then exit to eat when I went back my withdrawal is discarded the ballance back to what I deposit is that still include to violation knowing it said no more bonus when I have ten before winning that 200...pls send me a fair answer before I submit complain.

Yes I redeem the welcome bonus and violate the bonus ass they said but all those violation is about 4to 5 spin only when I put my bet higher and not even a win so after I finish the play thru I have exact 10mbtc left I check the bonus then it said no more bonus then I played again and hit the 5symbol with no more bonus attache

I am not sure how to solve the complaint when it is from October 2019. (to proof something, might be a big problem)

From the situation, as you describe, it looks like you first lost your real cash and then play with a bonus. Then you made some high bets and later won. The problem is, that until you withdraw or ask support to remove your bonus (means, in this case, all your balance), you are playing with bonus money. Because the casino will check your gameplay only when you make a withdrawal, they discovered the fact that you made a high bet only after you made a withdrawal. They found the high bets and logically cancel the bonus winnings - your account should be reset to zero. (what probably happened)

I am very sorry, but if this is what happened then the casino has the right to do it.
