after a100 euro deposit on the 9th of october i made a withdrawal request the same morning..of 162 euro..the casino did not react vua chat or mail..telerohone not correct..no rea ction at all..my wins are visible in the bets section of transaction..my deposit and withdrawal was deleted! Expecting fraud...

I could not open the live chat either, so I tried to contact the casino via contact form and email; hopefully I will receive an answer. Maybe you could try to check your email Spam or Promotion folder to see if the reply from the casino is not there.

I would like to know if your account has been verified. Maybe the withdrawal was not possible, because you did not send all requested documents. 

Also, did you play with any bonus?

Hello..I received the money..however without explication..there was no reaction by chat nor by email nor by phone..anyway thanks for your reaction
