According to our Terms & Conditions - maximum withdrawal amount is 5000 EUR per week.

We are sticking to these rules 100% and according to them a player already withdrawn more than 15000 EUR.

A player could have continuously received the weekly payments of 5000 EUR but at this moment he doesn't have any active balance at our casino and any withdrawal request accordingly.
