Have you been offered any alternative method to receive your refund? Have you played any of your deposited funds, or they’re still untouched inside your account since they were under the required minimum?

yes, i am fully verified. there is no offer for a refund but instead they ask me to deposit more, .078 ETH. the money was not deposit in my account but i have the screenshot that the money was delivered into my account. hopefully the casino will cooperate in returning the money. thnak you for your help.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider already?

the payment was made through etherium, and it was sent to my account on 22bet. 22bet support team advice me to make more deposit and its a huge amount so i ask them if they can send me back the money but it is impossible as what the agent told me.

Yes but they want me to deposit more so that my previous deposit will be posted. They said that the crypto wasnt enough for the minimum deposit.

We would like to ask 22bet Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.

We regret to inform you that your deposit at the casino was below the minimum requirement and, as a result, it was absorbed by the network. Transactions of such small amounts, where the fees exceed the transaction value, unfortunately, do not go through. Unfortunately, the casino is unable to refund the money you sent as they never received it.
